I am so glad we went with Lucent Mr. Daryl Druery is AMAZING! He is available every step of the way, knowledgeable about resources that can help your loved one. We are so spoiled by him. My dad asks for him specifically if he has a question. He is a man of his word and goes the extra mile to ensure my dad gets the care he needs. Thank God for ppl like him. I am often asked who we use and I say Daryl with Lucent and there is no way I would change home health because of the impact he has had on my dads recovery! Thank you

Lucent caregiver didnt show up Monday morning az she was out of town. So, I was left in bed and had to call the oaramedics. She was extrenely rude when I called and asked where she was . I was good to her and had given her some nice clothes. The company sent drug addicts and drunks who would arrive when they felt like it. One caregiver came from a party and stayed maybe 15 minutes at thr most and when I said but I get a bath. she replied that I was too demanding!
