Assisting Hands Home Care - Frisco, Plano & Surrounding Areas

I had assistance from Assisting Hands for about a year through my VA benefits. My assistant, Abe helps me with many things I cant do or can do without assistance. Id recommend them to anyone needing assistance.

Assisting Hands is excellent. We had great success working with the coordinator and the owner Wolfgang (who also the coordinator and former caregiver) finding caregiver within their organization that was a match with my mother who had dementia and PSTD. We had little success with previous caregiver services in the area locating a caregivers who would stick with us and being consistent in the same caregiver assigned to my mothers care. Assisting Hands did not randomly yank an assigned caregiver from the service. In addition, when there was an issue, the matter was dealt with fairly and quickly. Excellent communications and the caregivers are thoroughly vetted and trained. I highly recommend entrusting Assisting Hands with the care of your loved one.

I know the Home Care Agency owner personally, he has a great team and a genuine enthusiasm for helping families and seniors living in the Plano, Frisco area. If you need a caregiver or personal care aide, give them a call.

Had the pleasure of meeting Joann Mercure with Assisting Hands. I was more than impressed with this company and how nice they are and have to offer.
