What a great experience! Aretha was so awesome at explaining everything step by step! My 3-D smile experience was great at this location! I’m so excited for my new beautiful smile, all thanks to smile direct club!

My visit lasted about an hour, but mostly because of all my questions. Tey, in the Allen location, was my representative and he was very helpful in explaining the process and cost. I signed up for the club and I"m looking forward to getting my aligners in a few weeks. 1 year later and my teeth still aren't straight. The process of getting the adjusted aligners is much longer than the first set. I got the 1st set (5 mos plan) within 3 weeks, the 2nd set took 6 weeks to get, the 3rd set took nearly 3 months, and I went in for the 4th set on Oct 21st and have yet to receive them. My belief in the aligners straightening my teeth is very low. (Today's date is Nov 27th)

Stephanie was very awesome and gentle. She explained the whole process and made sure I feel comfortable every step of the scan.
