This was my first time @ a hair salon as an adult and the experience was amazing first, the environment is so beautiful I love the decor the staff is super sweet and friendly as soon as I walked in I was taken care of and my stylist emjay got to it I absolutely loved Emjay! she was assigned to me for my appointment she got down to every detail of what I asked for even offered some ideas of her own which I absolutely love even when the process was almost finished this girl made sure my entire head of hair was even which really shows so much debt of this business establishment if your looking for any anime girl haircuts u should definitely ask for Emjay! She. will. Get . You. Right. Cutting edge hair really stand on that business and I am so happy I chose this place to get my haircut I went home so happy and satisfied and got many many compliments thank you so much Emjay it wouldnt of been possible without your skills #grateful

First off, let me start by saying if I could give more than five stars, I would!! From the minute I set my appointment to the very end I was given nothing but great customer service. Yas took her time and asked me questions about what exactly I wanted. She was not only a great person to hold a conversation with but an incredible stylist! This was a huge change for me as Ive had my natural long brown hair for close to 10 years. I was scared and she eased that by being sweet and understanding. Such a beautiful salon with nice people. I like the lady who cut my hair but I wish she wouldve walked me through more of what was going on. Its been a few days but I HATE my hair cut. I was in shock as one is when its cut from long to short but Ive done this many times before. It has very little in common with the photos I showed and its an angled bob. Maybe its my fault for not saying to cut it that way but I honestly didnt know. I truly liked and thought we had an understanding but now Im stuck searching for ways to help my hair grow.
