Dropped off my rug and heavy quilty that can't be cleaned by normal w/d. The rug came back with like a dried soapy residue and not fluffy and soft and the quilt wasn't bleached at all, i could get the stain/mold out with cleaner bleach myself. Other dry cleaning places do it better and for cheaper.

Staffs are rude and service is not timely. I will find other dry cleaners.

5th shirt TORN by this cleaners today in the past 6 months. Everytime its the same spot near the elbow area of the formal shirt. First time they told me the shirt was already torn when i gave it to them. I thought may be. But since then it happened 4 times at the same area of a shirt. Every time the Mexican lady comes out and says that the shirt was already torn when i gave it to them. SO TOTAL 5 SHIRTS RUINED IN 6 MONTHS. ALL 5 TIMES AT NEAR ELBOW AREA. Every time she says i gave them a torn shirt. How come a laundry place don't know how to laundry. Worst part is they simply blame the customer rather than say at least a sorry.

I have no idea why we keep bringing our clothes and comforters to this place. Everytime I put my slacks on to wear they are just as dirty as when I dropped them off. I am done! I called in to the store and they said will bring them back in we will reclean, reclean you didnt clran the first time. Do not waste you money here!

5-star experience & 5-star results!!! This place by far exceeded my expectations. I have several Airbnb's and I need to take many items to be dry cleaned on a regular basis. This is the only dry cleaner I trust to consistently remove all stains no matter what type of stain or material and they always have my dry cleaning ready for pick up on time. The owner is honest and fair and appreciates the importance of establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The staff is always friendly, quick and helpful. This is by far the best dry cleaning service in the area. I have taken items in that I didn’t think could be saved and each and every time without fail I return to find my items in perfect condition. There has yet to be a stain they couldn’t remove or a time when they haven’t delivered on time. They even reward my loyalty by applying regular discounts on my larger loads. Even though the value is already great, that makes me feel like they really appreciate my business. I highly recommend Dry Clean Super Center on Ohio Dr. to other potential customers. You will not be disappointed.
