Brought a jacket to press only, it came back the same wrinkled way I left and they wanted me to pay for it! I have had this piece for few years and it does press it very well anywhere else.

The owners chose to take my $4.68 instead of standing behind their service when they did not remove the wrinkles from a coat we had requested them to iron (no cleaning, just ironing requested). We have frequently removed these same wrinkles using our iron at home. When we explained to them after going to their dry cleaning business for 20 years, quietly accepting their mediocre quality that has ruined several pieces of our clothing, and that we would never return and write bad reviews if they didn't stand behind their service, they didn't care and they still wanted their $4.68. This lack of care about delivering a quality product deserves many bad reviews, which we plan to provide.
