I am very unhappy with the way I was treated at the Center of Dermatology 1042 Texan Trail Grapevine Tx.
today at 11:30 AM I went in to get a cyst on the back of my neck that has been giving me pain for many years. They gave my a local anesthetic, rubbed a swab over the cyst and said we will send it in for a biopsy.
I asked what about the growth or cyst under the skin? The ?(Dr.)? replied "there is no cyst"
So, to swab an area he gave me 3 local anesthetic shots.
Very unprofessional and just out to charge Insurance as much as they could and hurry me out the door.
I maybe a fool but I do not like being treated like one.
