Front desk is awesome and so friendly and courteous. doctor karavan has the worst etiquette and bedside manner. Even her staff doesnt like her. She is money hungry and mean. Stay away

Took my son in over a week ago. We were going to try Dupixen for his eczema, which is very flared up. They said Compound Pharmacy would reach out to me. After a few days, when I did not hear from them, I reached out to their office. Ive been calling them for the last three days and left two messages. I cannot get anyone to call me back. In the meantime, my son is suffering from his eczema.

This review is for the staff of US Dermatology Partners. Before I booked my appointment, I called Dr. Karavans office to confirm they accepted my insurance and they would bill the visit as a preventative skin cancer screening (which is $0 for me). The office confirmed this twice. While checking in to the appointment today, the office staff informed me that Dr. Karavan does not bill for preventative care at all! I would be responsible for a minimum of $179. I walked out of the building without seeing Dr. Karavan.

If you want to leave her office bawling your eyes out and being talked to in a condescending way, wasting your time, and money, then go see Dr. Karavan. I have truly never had an issue with a care provider in the past like this. As an RN i am really disappointed in her bedside manner. I have a sore in my mouth bit down hard on and she urged me to get it biopsied and was very concerned it could be cancerous. I repeatedly told her I bit it myself and dont think its great to communicate and put fear into patients like that. I now understand they dont treat ANYTHING oral and that they refer to ENT. Bummed because I had a great experience with Dr. Bryan Selkin in the past and have referred them to friends for several years. The front office staff are soooo friendly and kind though, so that was encouraging
