Antiquated, sleazy, sub-prime dealership vibe all the way. Seeing how the management is dealing with some of these negative reviews by stalking people's profiles and responding with childish, baseless, ad hominem attacks, I'm no longer surprised by the unprofessional treatment I received. Places like this are why so many people dread the car buying "experience".

If I could give negative stars I would, I pay about 13k for a car, within the first month they had to replace the heater core, I get it back and close to a month later I go to use my A/C and it doesn’t blow cold at all, so likely the compressor or condenser, I had to replace the radiator, the engine coolant temperature sensor, spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter. It’s also leaking coolant everywhere again. Check engine light comes on constantly and it’s broken down on me probably 7 or 8 times in the last 5 months And I haven’t even had the vehicle for 6 months. And the only thing that was disclosed as far as problems was the steering wheel wouldn’t tilt. So they literally sold me a lemon and if they don’t make it right, I will, for a fact, sue under the federal lemon law. You don’t do business like this or to people. If they make it right I’ll change my review, if not BEWARE!!!!!

I bought a nice old car from these ppl I knew it was used. But as usual ppl that sell used cars know what's wrong with them but if they tell you then they cant sell it to you. So with that being said I probably wouldn't buy a car from this place again . As is is what it means.

I went to test drive a Chrysler 200 for my daughter. They told me we could come by and look at it but couldn’t yet test drive it because the battery needed to be replaced we did go by and look at it and it was hooked up to a battery charger but that we could come back by and test drive. We live two hours away so decided to go have lunch while they replaced the battery. We then went back about an hour later after the salesman text us and told Us that the battery has been replaced we test drove the car for about 15 minutes and decided to go ahead and purchase a vehicle with the intention also in writing that the air actuater that was broke be fixed. The salesman was very reluctant to put it in writing for me but I wouldn’t leave without it. We went back three days later to purchase the car after many text to sha the salesman that I wanted the receipt before I went to pick up the car. So within a week two of the tires were leaking and next thing in the same day the car wouldn’t start. We had the battery tested and it was bad. How I don’t know considering I was told it was replaced even prior to our test drive. I had to pay a place to replace it and when they took it out it was leaking everywhere and had expired in 2018 so it was expired over a year ago and put in this car in November of 2019. I called this place and asked to talk to the salesman of course sha no longer works there I asked to talk to the manager he wasn’t available. I have called several times always told no one is available. Run from this place. Oh we also had two radiator leaks within the first week
