Would give it zero stars. The owner was extremely rude. She made a big deal about us having 4 guests. I guess she's willing to lose business over one extra person. She did let us in but said if another customer comes in that someone would have to wait outside in the cold. Did not even let us look at dresses because the brides bust was too big! For someone who is trying to sell her inventory she is definitely very selective on who she allows in her store. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! I would warn other brides to not waste your time or give your business to such a rude business owner.

The staff there is incredibly amazing. I didn't expect to come in falling in love with a dress but Jessica helped me find the one! I'm sad the store is closing!

DO NOT SHOP! My friends and I stopped by at 4pm and the owner hurried to the door to tell us she's closed. The store hours show a 5pm closing time. We decided to stop by to find jewelry, as the bride was from out of town. Worst customer experience ever. We were also told we needed an appointment to look at jewelry....simply unheard of. 1. If you are closed, you should probably lock the door. 2. Who turns away customers, and out of town customers? 3. Who owns a bridal shop and has 0 employees present? Or maybe she doesn't have any employees because of the terrible service and her attitude? I truly wish you the best, but some serious changes regarding customer care and satisfaction must be made. The same attention and effort given to defend your post, should be invested into customer service. The intention was never to hurt your soul or core, for that I apologize, however, I believe you are missing the point. I'm not questioning your "heart", but that wasn't reflected, nor received in our experience on yesterday and we were hurt by the treatment received on yesterday. What if I cried from the experience? How would you feel? Based on your reviews other's sentiments are the same. Once again, The same attention and effort given to defend your post, should be invested into customer service.

Worst experience of my life! Bewareee! the owner of this store was the most disrespectful human being I ever encountered. I went in for an appointment I booked and the studio over booked us with another bride. The owner blamed us for coming in at the wrong time, even though we had email proof that they set the appointment for that time. she said ' This is the problem with Google calendar, because it makes all kinds of mistakes and is not reliable'.... Her business is the one who used google calendar to set the appointment so I don't understand how that is our fault? She did not make a single apology and had no sympathy for the mix up, then shooed us away to come back 3 hours later. Regardless, we were calm the whole time speaking to her, and after the fact she wrote my party and I a long message that included "Michelle was not rude to you at all because we watched the video of events.... Screaming outside of the business, you just lost our business is not the kind of business that Pure Luxe Bridal intends to have nor wants. Your behavior in the store is noted and recorded. The customers that were in the store, at the time of this incident [even] made a comment when you left, about the behavior and apologized for you to Michelle..." main point: unimpressive, rude and poorly run
