I had a fabulous experience at Valentina Bridal & Couture. I worked with Aimee specifically for over a year, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Full trust throughout the process. She is someone who genuinely cares about her customers. I live in the Niagara region, and for my mother and I, it was well worth the drive. You leave feeling like 'family.' I full heartedly recommend Valentina Bridal & Couture.

Found the dream dress here, and I am very satisfied with the fitting process. The dress's original off-shoulder design doesn't fit well, but Aimee and Maylin the seamstress came up with good suggestions and customized the dress to make it both conformable and good-looking. I highly recommend Valentina's to any bride in the area. They have already been so amazing and I'm only about halfway through my process with them! We are having a short 3 month engagement and I was so worried about finding dresses off the rack. Simona was amazing! She asked me what specifically I was styles I was looking for, what my budget was, took me through their discounted/discontinued dress section, and helped me try on over 10 dresses off the rack! At my first appointment I found my dress at an incredible price point, and am able to get all the alterations finished in time. Not to mention, they have helped so much with my bridesmaid dresses. Aimee personally sent me a photo of the colour of two comparable dress designers when I had questions about whether they were the same. And when I was having troubles ordering a dress for my plus sized bridesmaid in time, I contacted them asking if they could order it and Aimee was able to not only get it rushed shipped to arrive a week before the wedding, but reassured me they would be able to alter it for her before our day as well! I feel completely confident in their service and abilities in making sure we have everything we need for the wedding.

I bought my wedding dress from here and they were so fantastic! Aimee truly cares about her brides and when my wedding dress straps weren't working she did everything she could to fix it! I so appreciate them and the welcoming atmosphere they create.
