These guys get down to business! Came to my house in about an hour and measured, sent quote within an hour after that which was better price than others, and completed perfect installation just a week later! Exactly what I wanted and high quality. Looks greathighly recommend!

Love my new frameless shower even though I have not tried it yet, due to recent install. Wendy was great in answering my questions and installers were prompt in showing up and completing the removal and install of new shower glass.

Elite Showers was great! They installed the glass for my tub shower a week after they can to measure and it looks awesome. No more shower curtain! Art was who came out to measure and he also installed the glass and he did a great job. Thanks Elite Showers!

My experience with Elite was a comedy of errors. In replacing some glass that no longer fit my frameless shower, they worked entirely by trial and error. They dont cut their own glass, but use another vendor. Each time the glass did not fit right, they would tell me they were going to escalate because it was on them, but it took 2-3 weeks each try because they could not control the timing since they dont do it themselves. Other things went wrong as well such as loosing a piece of my hardware they took to give their glass cutter for the template. It was also inconvenient that you cant call and speak to the technicians directly, so everything is relayed through the admin only which results in things being lost in translation. The whole process took 3 months. On the positive side I can say they were persistent and never ghosted me in communication.
