Not To Mention Lack of Accountability Was Hired To Remodel half Bath Once Hired Only Came Back Several Days for Hours At A Time Was Very Frustrating, Not To Mention They Had Different Help Each Time They Visited and Even Had To Sub Contract The Initial Scope Of work WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AS A HANDYMAN OR HANDY WOMAN OR EVEN AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR THEY WERE NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO DELIVER A HALF BATH REMODEL ON TIME. We had our undermount sink repaired, as it was peeling away from the countertop. Luis was very quick/efficient and did a great job. You can call and speak to his wife/office manager, and if you send photos and measurements she can provide a good rough estimate. Most places we have tried using will not do this without sending someone out and charging a fee just for an estimate. He performed this job that many other plumbers/handymen refused to do, and at a lower cost than the others quoted. Thanks Luis! Love using family owned businesses, and happy we tried this one. I never actually got their work done so I cant say anything on their quality all I can talk about was trying to hire them. I reached out to get my kitchen sink replaced. They were friendly, responsive and came out a few days later. The day after they came they had to come back to remeasure saying the position of the faucet makes it harder and theyll send me sink options that match my measurements. Weeks went by, I never heard from them. I reached back out after the long time period and they said theyd search around, but again I never heard back. I wasted so much time waiting when I couldve gone with another contractor who wouldve taken the job as a priority.
