We paid so much money for 3 extra years of service. The first time, the services were very thorough. 2 techs spent over an hour to service and clean the appliances and we were very satisfied.
This time, however, one tech came and did absolutely nothing for 10 minuets and left. He did not seem like he knew what he was doing and was very unprofessional. I feel like we were cheated. Terrible...

Our Kenmore washer was under warranty and was out of service for 6 weeks. It took 4 service calls to get the parts and actually repair the machine. Two of the service calls were with a third party that Sears hired then fired so the process of diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts, and installing the parts had to begin again with another third party repair service. Once the second repair firm was on board and the parts were ordered the repair progressed in an acceptable manner. The washer is fixed. The lesson learned is we won't be buying a Kenmore washer or dryer when we need to replace what we have. I hate laundromats.

I ad cacelled my 7/16 appt. your customer service is the worst.ihave complaine several times to your departments and made a formal complaint to Francis. I am also complaing toBBB and the watch dog at the Dallas morning news. I ave bought anew washer from a different company and canceled my warranty for the washer. I suggest you read the complaints on theBBB
