Gehan Homes at The Park at Blackhawk - Classic

Worst possible builder I have ever dealt with. My wife and I were blatantly lied to on multiple occasions. My wife and mother were disrespected by the building manager. We were getting told one thing or the other but when we checked not only were the things not done but when confronted we were lied to by both Bill and his boss Tim. My wife finally spoke with Rich who seemed to be on our side. We were promised in writing multiple things due to the delays and now that we closed we cant get any response from anyone. We completed warranty requests for an AC issue and they send an electrician who was gone in last than 2 minutes saying that is not his job. Needless to say I will never recommend Gehan Homes. I am disappointed that we are kind of stuck here dealing with them. I wouldn't even wish what we went through to my enemies. Gehan homes you have earned a spot in my mind of people to never trust and only lie to try and get my money. We congrats on the victory because you got my money but you will never have my business again.
