This place just lost a regular customer. This is a time of crisis, we understand. But that is not reason enough to shout at the first sight of someone. I’m pretty sure you’ll need customers even after the crisis is over. Whoever worked there today (April 14th, 2020 approx. 4:30pm) needs to learn some manners. Do not post the “Open” sign if someone cannot enter or just look around before making a purchase. You have no right to shout at anyone even if you own the store. If you don’t want anyone to enter, put up a drive thru or just shut it down. We were not there cause we had nothing else to do. We are cautious too. We also are afraid of the virus. We had gloves, masks on. We are not kids that you have to yell at. Not everyone has the mental picture of what they exactly want. Even if they did, when there are options, people want to weigh them in. Learn some respect if you don’t wanna lose more customers. Now you might have a reason to do so, but think about if you’ll need them later or not.

Very welcoming place from the minute you open their door. LaTosha was very personable and helpful. I will be returning as soon as I run out of dog treats lol

Update: They now have a new owner, and the staff is so amazing and helpful! I love that they have so many treats, and samples readily available for Titan to try. We typically go in about every month to buy dog food, treats, dental products, or whatever they are sampling for dogs. The store is very well kept, and full of products. There was an instance where a product was out and they gave us the option of a special order, but we opted to wait for the next shipment. I can not say enough good things about this pet store! From one year ago: This was our first time at this location since we typically we go to either Woof Gang, or Krisers for our boy. When we initially walked into the store there was no one in sight for at least 5-10 minutes, we were not greeted, and when the associate (woman) came out we had to ask for help. We arrived about an hour and a half prior to closing, and purchased two bags of dog food (Acana and Fromm). The associate came out after a gentleman came in, and he must have been a regular customer since he went to the back to tell her he wanted to check out.
