First time customer, when I call to make the appt I was told over the phone the grooming was going to cost $50 ( for my dog’s breed) When I went to pick her up the total charges went up to $76.87. First,they did explained when I dropped my dog off that they will charge up to $7 for every 15 mins they spend with the dog if the hair is too matted, my dog did have some and we went over with the groomer ( really nice lady by the way) but how am I supposed to know how much time you spent with the matted hair when I dropped her off at 10:30 am and they called me at 3:45 pm to pick her up?. Second, they said she had some fleas and they had to use a special shampoo. If the groomer finds issues during the procedure in this case fleas I believe they should call the dog’s owner to let them know the situation and explain they will use a more expensive shampoo, not just make the decision for me. My dog never had fleas in the past and this is the first time a groomer finds them. How am I supposed to know the dog really had fleas? Did you take pictures? I believe $26.86 overcharge is a lot of money for a “ special flea shampoo” and unknown timing spent on dog’s hair. I also left a $10 cash tip to the groomer, I hope she gets it because she was gone by the time I went to pick up my dog.

I've been boarding my cat with them for the past year. Very nice staff and clean facility. I hope they reopen again soon :)

Super nice staff. My dog can not wait to get through the door into their play area. Reasonable prices too!
