Went out to purchase a new bed after a disappointing earlier purchase a few years back. Great experience with Cassandra and her knowledge on finding us the right bed. Very satisfied with the Tempur-pedic she suggested and we purchased. She's very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for a great experience and purchase.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. We purchased a Mattress in February. Followed all their guidelines for the comfort guarantee. We were not happy at the 90 days and decided to try a different Mattress. After visiting the store and being told they could not help we decided to try a different location. That manager, Andy told my wife we need to jump up and down on the mattress to break it in and he still refused to work with her on exchanging the mattress. After she visited another location and was told they are not allowed to give out the district managers name or phone number we decided to call the customer care number. After a few phone calls to them and told we would hear back from the District Manager we still have not been able to exchange our mattress. Here is the kicker to it all, finally a store manager decides to do the paperwork and do an even exchange as per THEIR policy, we pay the $140 dollars that is required for the exchange and are told the new mattress will be delivered Friday. They call back the next day and state they can not do the exchange and need another $100. It was the Same Price Mattress, we paid the exchange Fee, and are now being told they refuse to deliver the mattress and will not refund the exchange fee. That has to be theft in everybody’s book and the worst service I have ever seen. Don’t waste your time. Oh and Mattress One District Manager wherever you are, if you want my contact info like the rest of the fake customer care responses below, look at the emails sent to your company. Reference your sales numbers 207416, 199264, and 199270, stores southmore and also spencer.

Don’t go to this or any Mattress One stores for that matter. They Sold me a mattress they didn’t have in inventory. I was supposed to get delivered the next day. So it didn’t. They called that they were gonna upgrade the mattress for free and that it would get delivered the next day. So I get a phone call that the mattress was “damaged†and that I wouldn’t get it till the next day. So I go to the store to get my money back and the guy that works there says he can’t do that, I need to come back the next day. So I ask him for a number where I can’t talk to supervisor or someone who can help me get my money back and he said he doesn’t have that information. I already lost two days of work waiting for this mattress. Who’s gonna pay me that? Don’t wait your time people they just want to take your money.
