Called to ask about apartments and a lady named Linda said she would not put a smoker in non-smoking apartments because the smell would come in on their clothes even if they smoked outside. That was just the beginning of her questions. Never gave a bad review and reviewed many.

Linda is a nightmare, I do not recommend anyone with kids or an often visiting family to live here, there is virtually no privacy when it comes you your LIFE, landlord thinks she needs to know everything and she will try to tell you how to live your life. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Continental Village itself is a very pretty place, but I had a plethora nightmarish experiences with Linda, from her attempting to blame us for a hole in the carpet that was there when we moved in, terrible attitude, and calling us into her office during work hours to gripe, talking down to us, and ultimately prematurely ending our lease, which left us forced us to uproot and find a place within only a couple weeks. I am a very easygoing, respectful, and understanding person, and Ive never had any issues like this before. With that being said I unfortunately cant recommend Continental Village to anyone looking for a peaceful place to settle down and call home.

When I first moved to Paris I rented a townhouse here (May of 2018). Was a fantastic experience, and is a great place to live in Paris. The staff is friendly, property is well maintained, and the units are excellent. If something was wrong, all you had to do alert them and it was handled immediately and correctly.
Very quiet complex, great for anyone who works weird hours (night shift, plant work, early days, etc).
10/10 would recommend to anyone who asked.

My boyfriend has lived here for 8 months, and myself and our 5 year old daughter moved in about two months ago. Overall it is a nice place. Private, gated community, everyone mostly keeps to themselves. They have a pool, which my daughter loved, but there doesn't seem to be very many kids here whatsoever, so keep that in mind if you consider renting. At least not elementary school aged, I had to create a bus stop for my daughter with the bus barn. The landlord seems nice, and maintenance is always quick and understanding. The assistant manager is amazing. We moved here from four states away, completely on our own, and she's just been awesome and very helpful. Helped us figure out school districts, daycares, etc. It's not a bad place to live, but if you have very small children maybe not because like I said it is a very quiet community, but otherwise it is nice. Very well kept, and feels safe.
