I moved in a month ago and so far I'm loving it. Michelle is awesome. I work nights so I have to sleep during the day and it's so quite. Best part is... NO BUGS!!!!.Rent is a little higher than I wanted but it's all bills paid so it averages out . The apartments are nicely redone and updated ... I'm happy!!!

Where to begin, the whole place seems very shady. They said they would professionally clean the apartment but when we got there it smelled like pet urine, was covered in cockroaches and it was so filthy! The price of those apartments are extremely overpriced plus its all window units. And the doors and windows werent really sealed at all. It is probably one of the worst managed apartments in the area. DO NOT recommend getting an apartment at harmony apartments.

JUST DONT. Way over priced when I moved in roaches everywhere when I moved out still roaches but way way less out of the 5-6 months I stayed here. THEY SPRAYED ONE time. Buggies from family dollar are left under the stairs and complaints arent made about it. Literally the day I moved out I went to use the rest of the credits on laundry they offer at apartments a homeless person was laying out on the laundry room table and Im the one who called a police to have him escorted away to jail. Out of the 3 washing machines that are here 1 only works and they werent fixed at all for 3 months nothing done about them. The laundry room has black mold on back walls. Bedroom windows could not lock AND WERE RUSTED which tells me they werent taken care of. JUST PLEASE DONT theres also cracks in the paint. the bathroom sink counter comes up and is deteriorating. The bathtub faucet dripped on the hot side the sink to the kitchens sprayer didnt work either. The air conditioner froze up every 3 days DEFINITELY not worth 750 I JUST DONT RECOMMEND IT PLEAAEEEESS DONT! ALSO 100$ for water trash and gas bill THE BIG TRASH CAN HAS FURNITURE THROWN AT THE RIGHT SIDE AND HASNT BEEN PICKED UP THEY NEVER HAVE IT PICKED UP
