        Always ask for your receipt. These employees are not honest. They sold a phone that was supposed to be a FREE UPGRADE. I wonder how many customers they stole their money. Is this how they treat their customers? Is this how they do business? I am not going to post your name, you know who you are. But you better change your attitude, or you will not keep loyal customers coming back to your store. A friend of mine went to buy a phone to this store, and they SOLD him a phone that was supposed to be a FREE UPGRADE (it's a promotion that Metro has as of now) and a receipt was denied even after a 2nd time my friend went back to the store.
