Continuous harrasing phone calls for a load I did not even make. They refuse to accept that someone else used my information to defraud them. They refuse to send me a form to submit back to them for identify theft unless I give them more personal information, which I won't do - for all I know they sell it to the Ukraine hackers, why should I give them more information already?

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the excellent service we experienced from our new friend, Karl von Bose at Advance America in North Richland Hills! Karl's friendly, can-do attitude made the whole loan process downright enjoyable (and that truly is saying something!). Securing a loan is never something one wants to do, but if the need should ever arise for us again - Advance America (and Karl von Bose) has definitely earned our trust and will be our very first call for help!
