When we were in a situation where we did not know where we would end up they took a chance on us. We have horrible credit and couldn't get approved anywhere else. We love our home. All my life I worked hard in hopes of becoming a homeowner at a young age. They are straight forward and give you a chance to become a homeowner even if you have a difficult credit past. Just provide proof of income that you can afford the home and decent job longevity, its that simple. Im thankful everyday I pull up to my home for what Chris and his team has done for me. Word of advice, these homes dont last long. So constantly check the site and Craigslist, and if you see a home you want dont hesitate as they truly go quickly!!! Trust me these houses are nice In nice neighborhoods!!!
