It's a very clean, friendly close to 3 restaurants a truck stop. Anything you may need during your stay. It my go to Hotel when I go to Nacodoches

Stayed at Halloween and it was completely deserted (this is a good thing in my book, if you want a break from all the partying). Good points: It's not a Motel 6. It's peaceful. It's tucked away from all the road construction. Bad points: People go nuts if you have your AC on, even if it's set to something reasonable like 70. They go out to their cars and rev the engine so you know what they think of it. The crazy housekeeping lady looks at you like you've lost your mind if you ask to sleep in instead of having her clean. Something is wrong with the water heater because the shower and sink water smells bad if it's running for 5-10 minutes. The beds are hard as rocks and the chairs are also not great. Overall: This is one of your only options for a quiet, sleepy place, so it's easy to see through the numerous flaws.
