Comfort Suites Nacogdoches

Had a work emergency that required me to cancel flight and motel. Front desk said no problem they'd move the reservation out a week. Still charged me for the first night the next day because the manager wouldn't refund the night. Travel here every 6 weeks for 2 nights, manager willing to lose 16 nights worth of stays because of policy. Staying at sleep inn in lufkin now, will never stay here again

I gave a 3 on location because of accessibility. Traffic is bad. If you want to go north you have to go south and do a U turn and vice versa. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. 0 stars on breakfast because the food is not good at all. I never eat breakfast there for this reason. The 2 young ladies I usually deal with, as I am there every other week, are very professional, kind, helpful and they always welcome me by name. Big shout out to Corressa (hope I spelled that correctly) and Amanda. I highly recommend this hotel but absolutely be prepared to eat breakfast somewhere else unless you just want a little bit of fruit.

The front desk staff was incredible both over the phone and in-person at check-in! They put me in 306 which accommodated both of my preferences, high floor and facing the parking lot to overlook my car. The room was clean and nice..the only complaint I may have is the bed was definitely on the more firm side and I found it uncomfortable, but everything else was awesome!
