I am very concerned that our water and waste needs are handled by this agency. Their online payment service does not work. When you call in the representative works very hard to get your credit card number which is why I pay online because I don't want my personal and credit card information stolen. They do not mail out monthly bills so you never know when your bill is due so you call in. Beware.

Christina at the City of Lufkin water department was so helpful in helping us figure out why our bill was too high! Thank you for investigating the situation, and mostly for the the follow up communication to let us know where the problem originated and resolving the problem. Great customer service!
