Terrible. Make sure you check your bills and keep your receipts or the workers there will claim that you have "missed" previous payments and will have you paying around $140 a month when our household of four very obviously does not use that much water.

Ok, you obviously have to give one star in order to even write a review. These people don’t deserve even one. The pandemic affects the people in Hudson just like everywhere else. This hasn’t stopped them from shutting the water off on our kids. Wouldn’t even work with us or take a partial payment. Had to send my boys to school without baths this morning. We’re not looking for a handout, just a little understanding and faith that we will pay as soon as we can. We only needed a couple days to come up with the money. The lady in the office is a horrible person. If you can avoid using this water company, do it!

Y’all charge me too much money for WATER!!! One of my bills was $150, then lately is been $60 which is still too high! I know for a FACT I don’t use that much WATER! And I live ALONE. This is ridiculous!!!

Terrible. They put a meter in the ground and threw a lid over it. No box just a dirt hole. Hired lazy contractors that tossed their junk in my yard
