Norma was friendly and clear about the cost structure, but I knew that I'd be spending much MUCH more in time and energy to haul off all the trimming I'd just done after several years of putting it off.For a pretty sizable clean-up project, I'd strongly recommend these folks.They showed up promptly at the appointed time, did a quick walkthrough to make sure we both understood the project, and then jumped in to handle the two enormous piles of cuttings that I'd piled all along the curb in front, and the same in the alley.  Forty-five minutes later they moved the truck for the last time, cleared the sidewalk and street, and drove away with hardly a trace of evidence they'd ever been there.  Best quote I received, amazingly responsive, and not cheating me on the work done in their time on the clock.  Impressive.
