True Care Tree Company

My wife and I have 2, 60ft plus tall trees leaning right over our house. Out of 3 really good companies I called, we decided on True Care. What they lacked in fancy lifts. They climbed 45 50 like it was nothing. Cut 8 branches over 12" in diameter. 90 min. later they were raking there mess. Total pros. Very smart. Very safe. Highly recommend TCS. Woody and Lynda A. Pruning was okay but he left hundreds of branches on my sidewalk, in my back yard and in my alley. I expected him back the next day but he never called. I called him but no answer and voicemail was full. I texted with no response. Nor did he show up the next day. Furthermore he cut off many branches I did not request. All in all the worst service I have ever had! Service: Tree trimming & pruning

True(the owner) and a helper came Thursday morning at 10:30 (July 15,2021) and cut on the dead trees behind my fence, they worked until 5:30. True said he needed to rent a machine to reach the top of the trees. The machine was delivered around 12:00pm Friday(July 16). True and his helper came around 1:30 pm and started cutting the rest of the trees. I had showed him where i had phone and ethernet cables buried across my driveway, that they had to use to get to the trees, the day before. By the time they quit working for the day my driveway was in shambles with the cables pulled out of the ground and phone line broken. My fence was broken in two places. True said they would be back Saturday to start cleaning the trees they had cut. The helper showed up Saturday afternoon and worked for an hour or so. True has not been back to clean the rest of the tree mess up (was in his bid to clean up mess). He will not answer his phone or text back. In my opinion this is not a good way to run a business.
