Not at the address . I lost time driving to it . I made an appointment the previous day calling the number posted in goggle . No notification about the real address . They answered the phone from the 82nd street and there was no Firestone at the address at Slide . NEED TO UPDATE this store information at Google Maps.

I love firestone. They very pricey, but I know I can return my car if something is not right. Nice professional people at all location and I've used each location. My favorite service person is Freddie on 50th & Indiana. KEEP GIVING GREAT SERVICE FIRESTONE!!!!

Used to be good, maybe it's just on certain days? Had lifetime alignment, and free tire balance and rotation, they check the car which rear tires look like this / \, and which front tires are lower tread than rear, told my wife the alignment is fine.... supposed to look like this l l not like this / \, also said they rotated the tires, which were marked and the same mark was on the same side and same hubs... maybe they balanced them? Doesn't seem to vibrate as much.... and all they told her was that she needs new tires and rear shocks, yes blown shocks can slightly offset an alignment, but not as bad as it is... I get it it was all "free" from us paying for all the lifetime stuff when we baught the tires from them, so ya since it's free I understand maybe taking longer to get it done, but you're still getting paid to do a job which obviously wasn't done. This is the exact reason I hate taking any of my vehicles anywhere for anything.
