My fried rice was very dry with little flavor and my beef and broccoli was drowning in a oily sauce that had a weird tartness to it. The egg roll was a poor imitation for an egg roll. I ended up throwing it all away and I will never go back to this "restaurant" .

Ginger Express is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Lubbock. We usually eat the Orange Chicken and the Pork Lo Mein. The food is great and the portions are very generous. We have several Chinese eateries in close proximity to us, but Ginger Express is well worth the drive.

The restaurant as a whole was horrible. The food was below par. The service was horrendous, the lady was extremely rude and did not help one bit. Will never be back and will advise against it to all my friends.

Worst Chinese Food EVER!!! I've ordered from here in the past and its been quite some time since I have bought food from there. First off they charged me for the wrong order!! I let that slide because they were able to refund me my money right away. My food was bland. No flavor at all. The egg drop soup tasted watered down and I am sure they used lubbock water BLEH!!! The crispy noodles that come with the soup tasted stale! My entree which was the hunan beef was ok. I was able to at least eat that. I will never order from there again. I am disgusted!
