CheeZies Pizza Lubbock

Used to love cheezies...but today had a terrible experience. Ordered over phone was told it would be 15-20 mins. Arrived 17 mins after placing order. They took my money and said it would be 5 min longer but ended up being 15 mins. Waited at window to get pizza and worker completely forgot about us. When she finally came to window to ask if we needed help handed her receipt and told her how long we have waited and she looked pretty shocked. Asked for a refund! Terrible customer service!

If i could give a negative 10 I would. This company is ridiculous to deal with, they will never get any of my business any more. Staff and management are a disgrace, and if these are the type of people this company wants to have working for them, then I don't see them being open long. I know this review might get looked at as rude, but honestly I could give two butt cracks at this point. Poor poor service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I am never disappointed when I visit here. Calizones are delicious. Employees there are awesome and very nice, especially Chris he makes it best!

The employees need to learn to not talk about customers while we can hear. It's pretty rude.

The prices are very affordable and the pizza is soo good!! They always have it hot and ready in under 10 mins and there is a drive thru so you don't even need to get out of the car. The customer service is nice too. I would definitely recommend Cheezies!!
