        The ladies are nice when they call... I don’t like the fee they charge to make a payment over the phone... and the constant calls reminding me that I have money available is kinda of annoying....

        The ladies there are very sweet...and when they call about me making a payment....they are very nice again....they did just start charging a 2.00 fee like Swepco does ....I am not a fan of that...i refuse to make a pymt over the phone and be charged $ 2.00 for something I have NEVER paid for with these guys....so I guess that means I will have to physically walk in there with a pymt.......not way happy about that part.....thats why they got only 4 stars......but as far as what the girls inside LOANS IF TEXAS are concerned......they are top shelf.....the new changes LOT have implemented......not so much.
