I have been with Etpcu for over 10 plus years. I have not always been the best at managing my money. However I have been faithful at paying my loans or fees owed. I went into overdraft and now they will not issue me another debit card. SERIOUSLY. HOW CAN A BANK DO THAT? I GUESS DIRECT DEPOSIT AND LONGEVITY DOESNT MATTER.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They have been taking my money since OCTOBER 2023!!!!!! I dont EVER write reviews but let me save the next person the trouble and headache that comes with this bank. The woman who helped us, lied about the fees that came with the business account we opened. She gave us a paper regarding all the different types of accounts they offered. She insisted on a particular one because it did NOT have any fees. On the paper it showed there were fees involved, and we questioned it because it clearly stated that there were fees for the account we did. She ensured that they did not apply to the account we were setting up and said the paper was not up to date. Long story short, the people who work at this location will tell you lies just to meet their quota for accounts they open. I can tell you everything she told us that day (including her telling us about her 2 kids, the coffee shop she was opening, and over sharing personal things) and even down to what she was wearing. If youre looking for a bank to start a small business, I would highly suggest looking at another bank if you dont want your money stolen.

I have banked with ETPCU for years. I've done numerous loans and hv HAD my chk direct deposited for years. Abt once a month I do a mobile deposit, and again, there's never been an issue. I did a mobile deposit for $950 on 2/17/24 on a chk written off a business acct. It's usually in my account in a couple of days. This time they said it would be 2/23/24 before money was made available. I called and was told that's standard procedure when you don't do alot of mobile deposits and mine would be available 2/23. Well, on 2/24 I checked my account and it STILL wasn't there. So, I called and was told the money wouldn't be available until 3/1. That's almost a 2 week hold on someone that's been there for years wo any issues. Everyone I've told about this is shocked. At the end of the day, they seem to be very nice ppl but I think I am abt to close my acct with them.
