Telco Plus Credit Union - Longview

I started banking with Telco Plus CU last year. Their rates and their customer service is amazing. Recently I have Rebecca assist me with a new account. She is always friendly and answers all my questions. All the staff I have dealt with has been an awesome experience. I always have the opportunity to speak to some, no answering machine here.

Amazing staff! Vanessa Vargas & Bailey helped me with my loan and made the process so easy! They treated me like family and showed genuine care! I even switched all my banking accounts to Telco! Definitely recommend, theyre always so helpful & truly care about their customers.

My family has been banking with Telco for over 30 years. The one time we needed Telco for a bank loan in the amount of 900.00 for an emergency plumbing problem, we were turned down cold. Very disappointed as my Dad always insisted we bank with Telco Credit Union as they treated you as family and not as a number. Not only was it disappointing to be turned down but very disappointed in the way it was handled. Very Disappointed Do you have factors and considerations when you are accepting money or just when asked to loan out money? Very Disappointed
