Rude and flat out lied to me while I am seriously ill with an upper respiratory infection. Do not recommend if you are sick and in need of proper medicine and/or treatment.

Inner ear infections loooove to make their appearance on Saturday evenings and Excel ER continues to provide reliable, pragmatic patient care. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, no-frills approach and knowledgeable staff.

Don’t go here if you are on a time crunch they take all the time in the world. It’s pretty easy to do that when you get paid either way. Wasted a good half of my morning just waiting. I was the only person in the whole lobby.

My first visit earlier this month: I can NOT say enough nice things about the lady doctor, and her team, who rocked my care, actually listened, and saw to it things were through and I was made comfortable emotionally and physically. Amazing people. Dream team. As for my second visit for a similar problem? I can not say the same. The nurses were phenomenal. The male doctor? Not so much. You know what they say about Assumptions, and plenty of Assumptions were made on his part about myself. Gaslighting is unfortunately rampant among doctors when dealing with patients who suffer from long-term, chronic illness and especially for those of us who are unlucky enough to be the one percenters in nearly all medical aspects. Hoofbeats are not always horses. Sometimes it's an entire herd of zebras. The first doctor understood this. The second would do well to learn from her.
