I had to take my son in for an injury he received during a football game and everyone was great. We were in and out very quick as well. Would definitely recommend.

This location in Longview allowed an adult to fill out their information and use me for the billing and I got the bill. The adult knew what she was doing and did not want to be responsible. I am furious over this. The person was seen in the ER on 11-28-23 I got a text message on 12-22-23 and today a letter in the mail. I am in no way responsible for a grown adult who does not carry insurance on themselves. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The PA Austin Word at this hospital said this was Plantar Fasciitis. Needs to go back to med school! This was from a 10 foot fall. X-rays showed no broken bones. I had to ask them to wrap it and give him a toradol shot. Gave him Naproxen which is also know as Alieve. Called the next day to ask for something stronger for pain, an employee named Shirley said with a poor attitude that they couldnt help any further with this matter.

Unfortunately, I recommended Northpark ER to my husband on Labor Day. He was treated as an inconvenience to the nurses and ER physician. They left him in a room for 3 hours without checking on him, no call light. He is NOT a frequent flyer to ERs. Not a drug seeker, the doctor could have checked his PDMP and verified that. He had an issue that he was trying to take care of out of the ER, had seen his PCP, had a specialist referral. But had gotten worse and was concerned on Labor Day. He was asked, so, why are you here, if you having this for a while? Even though he had explained why to the nurses and the doctor. I really wanted to ask, why are you? I mean, you filled out the application, you know people go to the ER and not everyone is having a cardiac arrest, MI, trauma. But you wanted to work in the ER, anyway. So, why are you here? The entire experience was just awful! Not one person washed their hands or used hand sanitizer! The lasting impression of NorthPark ER was his discharge. A person in scrubs, (I can only assume a nurse) came in, didnt introduce himself. Asked my husband, Hey , partner, you ready to get outta here? See your pcp. This man proceeded to take out the IV without washing his hands first and without wearing gloves. I never saw him wash his hands after either! I never saw one person practice National Patient Safety Goals! Not one. No one asked my husband his name and DOB prior to giving him meds! They didnt verify his identity when drawing his labs. No one washes their hands!
