Lake Livingston Septic was recommended to me by a neighbor who had a wonderful experience working with them. I was never shown where my tank or clean out were located when I bought the property and I was having some issues in getting backed up with blockage. Adam took TWO trips out to my house to help jet the tank and discover where my tank was located. He spent a couple hours probing around before digging and pumping. He then took the time to educate me in how to properly care for it to ensure longevity. My total was only $575. I did decide I also wanted the monthly kit he sells (making my total an even $700 out the door). He also worked with me to make a payment plan. All in all I'm grateful for his diligence and service. He's more than fair folks! I'm recommending him to friends and family!!!
