DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY...
i wish i could give them 0 star. less than a year they installed the conventional system i we request the aerobic system they said that the designer requesting the conventional. by december when it was raining the syatem back up and i called them they came and the guy said that it seems that one of the line is not working and he will report that with the office. days pass nobody call me or anything, i called them and they were giving me the run around we end up going to the office and talk to the person who is encharge he said that the system one of the line were not working and he dont even know what happend . he told us that it was not our fault and he talkd to the designer and they said that we might need to install the aerobic. HE SAID IN HIS OWN WORD THAT HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. well days, months pass he didnt do anything i was calling him every single week and I was told by the rudest person LISA since she was giving me attitude that someone is going to call but they didnt. finally i called them today and guest what they said that they are not responsibel dor what happend and i will have to redo everything again after a paid them more that $9,000 for the xonventional they said i will have to pay for the design another $1000 and i did pay that the first time and then u will have to pay foe the aerobic system that will be another $9800. they clean there hands and not willing to take responsabilty. LISA TALKING OVER ME AND SO RUDE HANG UP ON ME , while i was talking first and telling her that i havent finish talking and she xontinue didnt care i told her i the xustomer and you need ti respect that im talking . she said if you want talk to the permit person her name us Hollie and while i was tlaking she hang up on me so desrespectful . Went to Hollie office and ahe said that she dont even know why LISA wants me to call her since she is not the person who is encharge. I was advice to take this case to the court since this is unacdeptable. what about the $9000 I paid? i loose it? this company are scam Service: Septic system installation

I can't say enough good stuff about them! Another septic service told me I needed a new Controller at $963. I already gave the other service $700 for an air pump and $220 for nonrefundable maintenance contract. I did some troubleshooting and found someone had removed the fuse. Air pump hose connector was broken off with air blowing by system. Broken neutral wire. They were courteous and professional. They fixed all this at an honest price!
