      image Positive : Jessica from sales team did a excellent job through out the process and prompt response with accurate info, good building quality and Service request team is very response to issues.
      Negative :- our assigned home construction manager was not up to the mark, we found around 60 issues during the final walk-through, eventually they agreed to address all those issues by involving area construction manager.
      its been close to 1 month since I purchased the home, as of today I am satisfied with Pulte building material.
      will update the comments in case of any additional pro's or con's if I notice.
