My wife and I are first time home buyers and decided to join the Stonewall Ranch community. Lily was an excellent sales representative throughout the whole process, Sarah was our contact with the Taylor Morrison preferred lender and we could not have had a better experience! Lily pointed out our perfect plot and layout, Sarah helped two nervous first timers with all the dumb questions and we got the best rate (estimate, we close in June) of a half-dozen competitors. We felt taken care of every step of the way, above and beyond in all respects. Don't listen to dissenters, people. This is the real deal

Lived here for 3 years. Never had issues that weren't typical home issues. I absolutely love the community. This is the kind of neighborhood that we all want.

I purchased my first ever home here from them when I was in California I trusted them thought its big company and they took advantage of that my home is good example of poor workmanship there is countless defect in it I spend all my life investment in this home which they poorly constructed there is not only poor finishing also my roof leak in snow storm .which they said its act of god and your bad luck .Roof was not painted walls, main door etc .when I came still there was paint patches everywhere .shoe molding was not done lots of gap between wall and floor saw spiders everywhere Didnt clean home toilet were dirty used by labor even there was beer cans in my attic left by drunk worker imagine the quality of work by drunk worker when I come first time and (most upsetting one is stair railing not in my home .).especially stay away from tony giddley sales person she lie to me my home was mestero plan which supposedly have stair railing. in all mestero plan home have except mine .she said your home have couple of stairs and actually I have 16 stairs .my mistake was that I trusted them and never did inspection .please stay away from them you will regret like all my neighbors do .l would give negative star to them if I could .I have very good evidence with video and picture of all poor work done in my home as an evidence but dont know where I go for damages and compensation against them.I faced a lot of mental stress because of them .

I just bought a home from Taylor Morrison in the neighborhood and I have been having a pretty rough start. For starters we closed rather quickly, so they made an addendum to address my concerns and still havent done that after over 2 months of owning the home. On top of that Ive had a broken stove, A/C not work for over a week, and small things that I shouldnt have to deal with. This is my first home and Im honestly shocked at how much can go wrong in this process. On top of all of that during my home walk through Daniel Dutt was extremely disrespectful and condescending. He kept telling me everything was common sense and did not let me blue tape anything. If I did try to address anything or my Realtor he simply just walked out of the house or ignored it. The only reason Im not giving a 1 star is because there are a few select people whove tried to make this a positive experience and I appreciate them. Those people include Toni, Anthony, Pete, and the other gentleman Anthony was working with. I do have more to say, but Im cutting it off here.
