Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) - North Tarrant Parkway

I went in the morning, right after opening. My visit was quick and easy. Took about maybe 20 minutes from start to finish. Becca was amazing. She provided excellent patient service! Thank you for being so kind.

First of all, I feel sorry for the person that is working there by herself like always every time I go in there is only one person and you have so many people waiting in the lobby, unfortunately I had a bad experience again, I go in there thinking I have an appointment when somebody on the phone room told me I had an appointment. When I get there the girls had (no we only taking walk-ins, so I wait there was only three people ahead of me and an hour and a half waiting and then she tells me I have no orders for you. The doctor did not submit them wow what kind of service

This is my second visit Very professional. I've always gone during my lunch no wait at all. Very friendly comfortable atmosphere.

Had to come back twice due to lengthy wait times. Both visits there was only 1 staff member here and it took 2 hours for a blood draw. The first time I waited for an hour and a half but had to leave to get back to work. This is probably the slowest lab Ive been to. Staff was friendly enough, but management needs to get scheduling in a better place. I will ask my Dr to refer me to another lab in the future.
