      image Emmanuel Molina who is related to the store owner was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. I guess you can get away with treating people how ever you want to when its a family business. Went in there for a few copies to be printed and it took over 30 mins when I was the second customer in the store. I was a patient as you could be in that situation but instead of resolving the problem Emmanuel Molina wanted to argue with me and tell me to be more patient. Lets pull the camera footage so we can see where Emmanuel went wrong. Dont got to this location unless you like waiting a longgggggg time for simple task. FedEx seem to be quicker and way more professional. Lets see how many times I will have to call corporate about Emmanuel Molina.

      image Horrible customer service, I was parked outside the store exactly at 7pm and they didnt accept my return because it was 7:01 when I got at the door. Asked politely if they could get it and the rude manager said No because the doors were locked. No compassion at all

      Here at the UPS Store we do our best to provide service to as many people as possible with compassion and patience to all who come to us with their packages, prints, and other needs. We are sorry you missed us at the designated hours. We open our doors at 8:00 am and close them at 7:00 pm during the week and on Saturday, we open our doors at 9:00 am and close them at 5:00 pm, which is posted online.
