I like the Doctor but communication is not very at this place. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone, they never call back when you leave voice mail. Sometimes getting your prescription refilled takes time. I don't know why they would not respond to any requests and send medications to the pharmacy.

My family member has been trying to reach them all day since this office hasnt sent off their prescription for several days. Weve left emails, voice mails, phone calls, I drove to the office at 4:00 PM (1 hour before their self-described closure time) and its locked up and closed with no one in sight.
This office seems to have no problems letting their patients daily medications run out with not even one attempt to communicate or rectify the issue.

Do not waste your time - if you are looking for a doctor to help you, this will only serve to delay the relief you seek. I was a client for a few months before a lapse in visits required me to go through the new patient process in order to continue with Dr. Wowo. Twice Ive scheduled, twice I have failed to receive the confirmation email or actually be contacted on the day of the appointment -after waiting months because new patient visits cannot schedule as freely. I have called since Wednesday and left a voicemail, still no call back. Very disappointing.

can't give less than 1 star or i would. don't even consider this place. staff is inept and rude. dr. wowo is mia. staff suggested i "do not call back" because i pressed them to refill a prescription. good luck with that!
