Dr. Benjamin Wowo

Ive always had a pleasant experience here and Ive been coming for almost a year now. Ive seen doctor once but the practitioner (I believe is what she is) is AMAZING. Shes just awesome. I really look forward to seeing her every time I have my appointments. Front staff has been nice the couple of times Ive been in office, I mostly do virtual but overall a very good office for me.

Hes a terrible dr that doesnt really ever do anything except prescribe medication. His front receptionist is ultimately why I decided to stop going to him. She was rude constantly called me and my family liars multiple times even when we had proof that we were right and this was all before COVID hit. I can only imagine how much more horrible he has gotten

Terrible front office staff, disorganized, and rude. I called the office to verify a referral for my elderly mother and was told the doctor will have to review current medications before deciding to accept the patient and will call me in a few days. Three weeks later I took the initiative and called and was told they dont have any of my moms information I submitted including her meds. The office told me I would have to resubmit all her information again , after several minutes of arguing and putting me on hold. They finally concluded by telling me she vaguely remember the doctor deciding not to accept her because of medication shes on for dementia. I asked her why since hes a psychiatrist and why the office didnt contact me three weeks earlier. First impression matters and I am so glad I didnt entrust my mothers care to these people.
