Had very bad experience with BSW. They use faulty devices to do hearing test and then scare patients by telling you have hearing loss.
There billing department says someone will call you back but no one calls back at all. There provider office doesn't help much.
I am going to file complaint against the provider office.
Medical city las colinas is better option than BSW

Easy to get there and the sign in staff is excellent. We thoroughly enjoy our medical care from Dr Paul Alukal with the BSW Advantage Plan HMO. All the nurses and staff are happy to be working together there!
