They made my problems worse! Branden Andrew Snyder, MD should not be allowed to practice medicine or should his nurse Melanie. They made my legs so much worse. I started with a mild problem and now I have a severe problem. I have had major vein treatment done at Vein Clinics of America and got amazing results in one session. (VCofA changed ownership so that why I didnt return.) I went to this clinic with high hopes. I only had a few small spider vein issues, very minor but I was self conscious about them. I had my vein scan and they found no big issues, just small cosmetic spider veins which they said were extremely mild. They were actually behaving like why are you here? because they said they could barely see anything. Since spider veins are cosmetic I had to pay completely out of pocket. I was told that I would get great results since the injections were going in nice and I had such a mild case. They were actually searching for places to inject because youre allowed a specific amount of injections each time and I barely needed what I was allowed. Seems like that would yield results, but no, my problems are worse. Now I have large protruding veins, much darker blue spots and increased pain in my legs. The pain makes it hard to walk at times. Now I really need new treatment because if this. I reached out to them and theyre hiding behind their disclaimer. I got the typical script that some patients need 3-4 treatments and I would have to pay again to redo it. $450. I reminded them of what they said to me of my situation being so mild so I was very confused how all of a sudden I need 4-5 treatments. All I got was Im sorry youre not happy with your results. They just stopped assisting me on how to resolve the problem. Will not be returning. I shouldve gotten some result at the very least. Its easy to hide behind the typical script they respond with. Nothing more I can do but have it re done, elsewhere, since its now necessary because of my new issues. I also looked at the after visit notes. On my consultation the Dr put in the notes that I was told I would need 4-5 treatments. That was never said. In fact he said I really didnt even need it since he said he could barely see anything but we could do the treatment if I wanted to. No one else was in the room with us so no witnesses to what was discussed. If youre looking for vein treatment, check their staff. You do not want this group working on you.
