Great customer service. Good selection of glasses. Wish they have more kids selection, hopefully next year. Eric was great help and was able to provide us the warranty on the glasses. Recommended!

Today was my first visit to this location and probably my last. I had just received an eye exam from the doctors office next door and came here to buy a pair of glasses and contacts. Rebekah was SUPER friendly and I’m glad she was able to assist me. On the other hand her coworker who was more concerned about what was going on in her phone than helping customers that came in today was VERY ignorant. My mother was with me as well and asked one of the ladies if they could tighten her glasses, and as she was walking by she could hear this particular lady say, “they’re just looking they aren’t going to buy anything, THEY never do.” Mind you we are the only ones in the store at this time and we are also people of color. I wasn’t aware she said this until after we left the store and my mom told me but it’s truly sad that she was so bold to let those words slip out of her mouth in front of customers and that she was so quick to judge. I ended up buying a pretty expensive pair of glasses AND contacts. Hopefully when I pick up my glasses the manager will be there because I’d like to discuss this with him or her. Next time she should wait until no one is around to hear her ignorant comments or better yet just keep her mouth shut.
