I arrived at the store today with only one other customer in the store. We both walked around browsing for about fifteen minutes and no one came out. Finally an older lady with a short bobbed haircut came to the counter for a few minutes and then went back into the back. Now with only myself in the shop, I called back to the back asking for help. She was unfriendly and almost rude. When asking what other supplies I needed and then asking for help with how to attach something, her response was “ there’s a tutorial and a YouTube video” and then she walked away. I refuse to spend money where there is poor customer service. I walked out. Do not come here if you are making your own mum and need just a little help.

This place is a life saver. I'm sooooo glad they're not closing. We need good customer service place like this around. These ladies were sooo helpful and friendly. My daughters mum turned out beautiful
