Ordered flowers for my wife for anniversary as she is out of town for training. Flowers were pretty just thought there would be more flowers in bouquet for the price. Delivery guy called my wife in class because he was lost and shouldve called me instead as I told them she was in school she was only suppose to text her when delivered so she could pick up at front desk when out of class even though delivery wasnt as planned and not as many flowers as I expected she was happy and I would order from them again but would leave more specific instructions on expectations. All and all great experience

I have received so many incredible flower arrangements over the years from colleyville floristjust about every color rose there is, Ive had from them. Their white roses do not show up brown and wilted. They are always crisp and fresh quality. Their vases are nice quality pieces. This florist is the best. My family also used them for funeral standing sprays and arrangements and they were very well done and reasonably priced. The additional standing sprays that were delivered from a different florist werent sturdy and fell apart within a couple days outside-but colleyville florists spray was still going strong several days later. Highly recommended and no they havent closed, they just moved to hurst. No one asked me to write this reviewthey actually deserve this review!

My husband paid almost $200 for flowers for Valentine's Day. He ordered them to be delivered to my place of employment. He called the shop several times to confirm the flowers would be delivered. After several calls he was advised the flowers would be delivered before my office closed and that the driver googles the time your place of employment closes and will have them delivered prior to closing. My office closes at 4:30pm. THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. There was no attempt to contact my husband to advise they were running behind. My husband went into the shop at approximately 4:45 to request a refund. He was advised the driver had just arrived to my office but no one was there. Again, my office closes at 4:30. The young lady, who was helping out due to an influx of orders, had no clue of how to process a refund. She also advised my husband, that next time to tell them what time the place of employment closes, even though he informed them of this information previously. It is understood that V-day is very busy for floral shops. This shop took more orders than they could handle and then could not refund my husbands money upon request. The young lady was unable to give my husband a physical copy of the return receipt and emailed him a screenshot with the hope that she completed the refund transaction correctly. There was no apology for the poor customer service and lack of communication, we are extremely disappointed as the reviews seem to suggest otherwise. There will not be a "next time". I only left one star because I had to in order to leave this review.
